At Bellavay, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process easy and straightforward.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Free Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the damage or defect, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• If your item is damaged or defective, please include photos of the issue.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
